We tried the meatballs rolled in stove top, water, and egg.
Then we made the spaghetti sauce with cream cheese, and fresh basil.
Everyone seemed to like it, especially my son.
LOL....I read back on this, and it made me laugh. I meant, that we mixed the hamburger with stove top, water, and egg, then cooked it. lol...

Okay, now you've done it..I just have to make pasta 'n something for dinner tonight. are you happy now? Having a major drool fest just reading your variations of pasta 'n gravy.
Made Tan Tan Thai noodles last night (with peanut butter).
Tonight's it's gonna be Italian, with fresh basil, fresh tomatoes, olive oil, sweet bell peppers and lots of garlic to ward of the vampires...think I have some spinach noodles in the cupboard...
1 large can baby clams and one small can minced clams or extra clam broth to taste
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 large chopped onion
garlic
oil to saute onion/garlic
1/3-1/2 stick butter or marg
Use clam liquid but don't add the clams until just before serving or they will get tough. You can add a little extra water to stretch it. I don't add salt, but you can. You can add other seasonings too, but it really doesn't need it. You can also add/substitute shrimp, mussels or very firm fish. Best with reg spag or linguini. Also great on toast the next day!
Everyone I have ever made this sauce for loved it, even people who don't like clams much
Most often....just a jar of Ragu and 1+ pounds of cooked ground beef. The Ragu is always some kind of chunky garden variety - or mushrooms and peppers. Heck, it's great.

Last night: Sweet peppers Barilla jar sauce, and broiled jumbo shrimp (coated with EVOO and some crushed red pepper flakes). The shrimps always come out perfectly that way, and are such a good mix with the pasta.
