What toppings do you put on your baked potatoes? (onions, garlic, juice)

I have tried to minimize the starch, so when I do baked potatoes I generally do the skins with a bit of potato left on. I like to oil the skins, grind sea salt on the exterior, and broil the skin potato side up with a tomato/onion/basil salsa and grated sharp cheddar, with a dollop of sour cream on each one.

Just 100 percent BUTTER and plenty plenty of it. LOL Ok, and a little pepper.

Most anything I have a notion for. Always lots of butter. Cheese and broccoli, chili, etc. As long as it is not crawling it is fair fame.

With my stomach I prefer to keep it simple! Lots of butter maybe some sour cream and chives. No cheese ....I get enough cheese in everything else!

It depends. Most of the time its sour cream, chives and a ton of salt. But I use sea salt so its a little better fro you.

I love mine with a little butter and a lot of fresh home made pica de gallo:

chopped onions, garlic, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapenos, & lime juice.
