Just a small pat of sour cream, a little bit of bacon bits, and a tiny amount of shredded cheese on top. Simple, but tasty still.

My usual baked potato is lowfat cottage cheese, kosher salt and pepper, & green onion. I like to have that for dinner. If I'm feeling less healthy, a pat of butter could find it's way under that cottage cheese.

This is a comfort food from childhood for me.. I really crave it. DH makes his own dinner on those nights.

This is not to say that I'd kick a sour cream, bacon, cheddar, butter loaded baked potato out of bed, so to speak...

Yummy!

hmmm depends on what I have and what I'm feeling... but any combination of the following: margarine, salsa, cheese, sour cream, onions(grilled are awesome), ranch, and or course lots of seasoned salt, salt and pepper

Usually just butter. And I'll throw in some green onions if I have it. Black pepper but no salt.

Sometimes I use straight salsa and nothing else. Surprisingly good that way.

Usually sour cream, fresh garlic chives, a dash or two of Beau Monde seasoning, and pepper.

I've also used shredded cheddar or swiss, bacon, broccoli, diced tomato, Hollandaise, homemade cheese sauce, or gravy.

Nothing but a touch of sea salt and plenty of butter!

Once in a while, I'll do a twice-baked potato using a little sour cream, cheddar cheese, and cracked black pepper. A little extra butter for the skins.
