I very rarely buy any kind of fish, and there are shellfish I have never eaten. I'm not going to preclude NEVER eating them, but there are things I've never eaten.

For example, I have NEVER eaten clams or oysters. I might have had scallops one time. I've never had crawfish.

I've had crab a few times, but I'm more likely to eat krab than crab.

On the vegetable side, as an adult I never eat beets or asparagus. Don't touch the stuff.

Brains. Never have, never will.

I never touch broccoli, bruss sprouts, beets, peas, cauliflower. Even if they're in vegetable soup I pick them out.

Same for roe or any type of caviar. One taste of caviar is all it took. I spit it out and washed my mouth out with hot water and lemon juice.

I can't stand salad and I haven't had a glass of white milk in 42 years. I despise vinegar. I won't put butter on bread, toast, pancakes, waffles, French toast, muffins etc. If butter touches any of those foods, I have to dab all of it off with a napkin. But, I like garlic toast made with a small amount of butter. Go figyuh.

You couldn't find mayo in this house with a mayo sniffing dog. Same for sour cream. Serve me a hamburger with mayo on it and watch it sit there until the ants carry it off.

Tripe, brains, oysters, liver, kelp, snails, seaweed, sea urchins, octopus, eels....

Believe it, these are common food items even in first world counties.

I'll have the bread and cheese....

I don't do dairy. I am lactose intolerant and it just bubbles up through my nose.
As I am older now, I also don't do much meat. Especially pork, beef and lamb. The fat is too rich and makes me feel ugh. I love seafood either raw or cooked but it isn't often in the budget. Mostly, I eat rice, tofu and veggies.
I noticed a lot of people don't do veggies. When I was growing up, my mom only served canned veggies and they were gross. When I became an adult, I discovered fresh veggies and the proper way to cook them. There is a 100% difference.

Well, if we're talking gross stuff like that, the list could go on forever. I would never eat any kind of organ like liver, heart, brains, kidney, haggis, etc. Black pudding and scrapple would also top the list.

And my mom never served canned veggies, always fresh... I just don't like them. Have tried a few and it put me off most of them.

I don't eat...

Ramon Noodles (threw them up as a child, and therefore can't even look at them)

Lima Beans (I just hate them)

Orange flavored lolly pops or candy (they taste gross to me and make me gag for some reason but i have no problem with actual oranges or oj)

Snow Balls (the packaged snack cakes...I think they are nasty)

I eat pretty much all else...I am an adventurous eater.
