I love chile rellenos--or really any Mexican food. When I lived in New Mexico, there was a small take out place on the north bound road into Taos. It was getting rave reviews for their specialty, which was a chile relleno burrito. Frankly, I didn't think that sounded particularly good, but it was one of the best burritos I've ever had. Also, very partial to tamales.

Um, everything?

Stuffed chiles in walnut sauce actually tops my list. After that, any of the fresh meat tacos wrapped in soft corn tortillas, with tons of onion and cilantro, and a good few salsas on the side.

I love Chimichangas, Quesadillas, Taquitos, Chile Rellenos, and Tacos.

The only kind of burritos that I like the most are breakfast burritos.

I also love carnitas. However, I really love or I would love to have chilaquiles for breakfast. I am a huge fan of tamales. Unfortunately, very few places do that very well.

It hit me while reading through the list that what I really like about Mexican/Southwestern cooking are the condiments!

I've never met a pepper I didn't like. I love the salsa, the pico, the adobo, the guacamole!

I haven't had breakfast yet, and now I am super hungry. Migas anyone???

I'm not a big fan and don't know most of the names. Not a fan 'cause my stomach can't take the heat, or the skins/shells on the peppers or beans. Even though I do ocassionally "cheat" and pay later.
Two things I do love: one is a cuban beef shredded and spiced - name? and maduros. Love em. And
I don't know if its Mexican as I think it originates from Spain - yellow rice. Yum.
