It's never to late for breakfast we have it for dinner alot.

It was Father's Day here in Oz, so the kids and I made a nice breakfast together while hubby sat under the patio reading the Sunday paper. We started off with a fruit salad with yoghurt. Then Eggs Florentine, hubby's favourite. And coffee, of course.

Cut up three little red potatos and 1/2 red onion

sauteed in extra virgin olive oil

added one egg and two egg whites

a little salsa

and ate a healthy and filling breakfast.

Drank 8oz Silk Light Soy Chocolate Milk

(can you tell I am trying to lose weight?)
