I just go to WalMart and pickup some of their frozen burritos. If done right they're actually not bad (re: lots of medium/hot salsa dumped on them)......

Deep Forest, Try taking the burritos, while heating them up, heat up a can of their enchilada sauce, pan fry a couple of eggs, put the eggs and burritos on the plate and pour a bit of enchilada sauce over them......an instant (or nearly so) huevos rancheros.........

Yum I love breakfast burritos. I like sausage, cheese, and salsa. Lots of salsa.
