working nights this week....so breakfast is dinner.

Leftover turkey/stuffing and roasted pumpkin. Yum!!

I tried something different with the gravy. I usually used apple juice in the roasting pan to bast the turkey...but my 2 year old drank it all. So...I cut up a whole apple and put it in the pan. It cooked down to mush...but added just the background of sweetness to the drippings. The gravy is the best I have ever had. I recommend trying this!

Large coffee with extra cream from Dunkin Donuts and a coffee roll--something that I haven't done in many months.

I don't hardly ever eat breakfast, but if I do it's a buttermilk biscuit w/ marmalade, no butter.
