Nothing so far. Apparently it's national buy a doughnut day....I don't want to break any traditions so I will probably have to go get one

Kashi waffles w/ butter,peanut butter, banana, and organic maple syrup. Coffee, but isn't that a given? Have a great day all.

All I had was a dinner roll with butter and melted cheese, along with a smoothie made with yogurt and raspberries.
