Tonight we had leftover goulash. All our Thanksgiving leftovers are finished so back to more cooking Wednesday. Going out with friends tomorrow night for our adults night out. Kids are on their own tomorrow night.

Tonight is leftovers.... We have stuffed lamb leg, Za'atar Chicken, and short ribs.

I think I'm going for the chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies.

Pasticchio. For some reason I have gone off Lasagna and now prefer Pasticchio and it is quite easy to make so perfect for me who hates cooking ! I might make a green salad to go with it.
