Pumpkin soup, mashed potatoes, corn, pork chops, cinnamon apple sauce, and a Mexican apple soda. Later had a blueberry scone, a few Milano cookies, and some chocolate soymilk for dessert.
I had a tutoring gig after work and BF had night class. So not a big cooking night.
