There was a sale for whole chickens at our local Vons and the wife has the freezer crammed with the stuff. I foresee long days ahead of chicken based dinners.
At work, they bought us ALL Carabba's...and the night crew even got some.
I didn't eat it on the spot, I took it home instead.
There was chicken with mushrooms...I think that's Chicken Marsala, Masala?, ziti or rigatoni with sauce, salad, and a hunk of bread. Put in the microwave for four minutes, but checked it at three. Good thing too, it started melting through the styrofoam, so I took it out and put the rest of it on a plate and returned it to the microwave (took the salad out BEFORE microwaving--ha ha).
Now, the reason I said ziti or rigatoni is I thought rigatoni was ridged and ziti was smooth? But most restaurants describe the dish as a ziti or baked ziti? Maybe Carabba's puts rigatoni on their menus--I don't know; I've never been even though they share a parking lot with us.
Refried beans, tortilla chips and guacamole we are still baking cookies & making candy. One of the kids made a bean burrito I like to dip the chips in the beans.
