Last night made a rotini & meat gravy baked pasta dish w/ cheddar layered in.

It was good, so leftovers tonight!

Also will probably have steamed brussels sprouts.

What's for dinner ? Hmmmmmm, I would like a pound of snow crab legs, some saffron rice cooked with chicken broth, steamed asparagus with a creamy cheese sauce and chocolate pudding cake for desert.

I'm dreaming of coarse, I'll be happy with the pot roast stew with veggies we'll be slowly cooking all day. We'll eat most of the veggies today and reserve most of the meat for tortas, burritos or tacos for tomorrow.
