Tonight I finished off that pinot with a small steak and a grilled portabella. For a salad I did a mix of green bell peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, calamata olives, diced tomatoes, and young mozzarella balls.

The arugala pesto and scallops took all of 10 minutes, super easy! The bread didnt take long, either!

Corned beef brisket with cabbage, onions, celery, carrots, and potatoes. It's been in the crock pot all day.

Homemade corn chowder with a side of toasted bread slathered with peanut butter, along with a small sprig of red grapes. The grapes are VERY crunchy and sweet, just the way I like them!
