I'm an idiot. Yesterday, I divided up all the meat I bought into meals, and left one package in the refrigerator for the night's meal. I should have left TWO packages down.

Everything's still frozen and won't be thawed for a while, so I'll have grilled cheese sandwiches again. Though I could try some of that miso soup. I have no idea what THAT is going to be like.

Made calamari fritti last night, with red sauce, linguini, foccocia, and broccoli sauteed with olive oil and garlic.

Default Salmon Fajitas

As a New Mexican living in Alaska, the best of both worlds is Salmon Fajitas tonight.

Stir fry peppers, onions, & red salmon. Serve in warmed whole wheat tortilla with salsa.

Fresh homemade taco's. Ground beef, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, mexican sour cream, guacomole, onions, olives, and shredded Tillamook chedder cheese. YUMM!
