Bacon bits and garlic, with equal amount of cut up onion, green poblano peppers, and portobello mushrooms, all sauted together in the bacon grease, lots of black pepper, and then break eggs right into the skillet and scramble them around until the right texture. Served with toasted Italian bread slices. Sorry to be so wordy, things I cook have no names.
