Bacon bits and garlic, with equal amount of cut up onion, green poblano peppers, and portobello mushrooms, all sauted together in the bacon grease, lots of black pepper, and then break eggs right into the skillet and scramble them around until the right texture. Served with toasted Italian bread slices. Sorry to be so wordy, things I cook have no names.

Slow braised ginger, soy and garlic chicken with honey, sticky rice and chicken broth. Yummy...I love asian night.

Letting the pizza dough rise, then chunky tomato sauce and pepperoni for Lizzy, creamy garlic sauce for hubby and I with some cut up grilled pork, red onion, bellas, and fresh basil...waiting patiently for rising action...
