Default The Agenda - October 25 - 31

This week's dinner selections will range from lasagna with cheese toast to Salisbury steak and assorted veggies to barbecued boneless chicken wings. Later on, I want to get my crockpot back out before it collects any more dust, but I have not yet decided what dish I'll do, whether it's pot roast with carrots or beef stew. I'll let you know. And I have several packets of cornbread mix that I'd like to use (I've got sweet, regular, and jalapeno in my pantry) at some point.

Enjoy everything you fix for you and yours, and bon appetit!

I've got my Yankee Pot Roast (organic! ) just starting to simmer. The aroma is already heavenly. Starting up the two fireplaces and gazing at the beautiful fall leaves against a bright blue sky.

We plan on eating a huge salad along with small butter rolls and our main dish will be Talapia. Great meal.
