We had Carrabba's takeout, Chicken Parm, and Mussels and shrimp with pasta. Also salads and bread. Back to regular cooking tomorrow.

Roast beef (eye of round), pan gravy, and mashed potatoes. I have some carrots in the fridge so probably some of those too.

Last night DH made dinner. Risotto w/ mushrooms, celery, onions, saffron, and shrimp. It was yummy!

We're going Mexican tonight. We're making tostados--corn tortillas, refried beans, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and hot salsa with jalapenos. I'm getting hungry just thinking of them. Oh, also Corona beer with lime! Yummmm!
