Tonight we're having Italian beef (basically, a roast cooked in the crock pot w/ lots of Italian seasoning, garlic, and beer, shredded, and then cooked longer with pepperoncinis and pepperoncini juice, served on rolls).

Baked chicken with a little Rotisserie seasoning, Cavenders, and Bayou Blast. Garlic mashed potatoes. Roasted veggie medley of butternut squash, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots tossed in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

My husband is from Chicago. He makes that, too. I'm from New England but I like it.

It's roast night. So we are having a beef roast, green beans and red potatos tossed in a rosemary/garlic/lemon butter.
