We went to Olive Garden and I had one of the best meals there I have ever had. Beef Medallions with a beef sauce over a white sauce pasta (kind of a liquidy alfredo) and feta cheese with sun dried tomatoes.
I am actually cooking dinner for tomorrow night. Or at least part of it now and part tomorrow. Two fundido's. One with chorizo and one with mushrooms and chipotle chiles. Guacamole. Guajillo spiked pork and potato tacos and pureed beans with ancho chiles and cheese. And Tres leche cake for dessert.
But for tonight, its just buffalo wing flavored potato chips and a sandwhich.
Either pizza (again) or a BIG bowl of chicken caldo....I'll let you know....
