Last year we did the Feast of the Seven Fishes (Italian) and it worked out really well. We had a lot of family here and everyone ate well.
But I just don't know what I will do this year.
If it's just the 3 of us (we have another son overseas) I might do the usual Roast Beast and smashed potatoes and trifle for dessert.

My Christmas tradition is I don't have a Christmas tradition when it comes to the food served. I did meatloaf stuffed peppers last year. The year before we had lasagna.
I don't know what I will do this year.

quiche for breakfast, smoked goose with corn/black eyed pea salad, wild rice pilaf, garlic roasted mashed potatoes, smoked goose gravy, cranberry/pineapple relish, pecan pie.
