I wake up 1 minute before my morning alarm goes off. I've always been good at timing things. It's a gift. Now, if I could just remember birthdays...

I blame it on years of working in restaurants, but I suspect it is actually my nose telling me something is "done". I can generally set a timer for X minutes and walk back into the kitchen with less than 10 seconds left.
