Hey JetJockey
Do you have a recipe for your cheese you'd like to share? I don't have the goats yet, but it is my mission to have a set in the next few months.

A sharp cheddar or gouda is my favorite, but just about any cheese is appreciated, with the exception of the hard core stink cheeses.

I seem to put extra sharp farm house cheddar (the white cheddar) on practically everything I eat. I just love it.

Default More from the cheesaholic...

Just tried three new cheeses this weekend.

Ewephoria: A sheep's milk gouda, really sweet & salty with little crunchy salt crystals and a butterscotchy finish.

St. Agur: A smooth spreadable bleu. Not crumbly but creamy. Really has the bleu "bite."

Monte Enebro: A goat's milk cheese from Spain, with an ash coating. Has a "bite" like a bleu. My current favorite.

I bought them all in the Reading Terminal Market in Philly, but I have since found them all online as well.

I loooove bleu cheese and feta on salads, but on sandwiches I prefer meunster. I'm not a HUGE cheese fan, but I do love it when it's all melty and gooey

LOL - Rainroosty, you brought back a great memory from me. My mom always served Kraft grated Parmesan cheese when we had spaghetti. Dad always used to say, "I won't eat that. It smells like ground socks!"

Oh, and I do like a good Parmesan-Romano combo.
