Ditto. I've never unplugged it to change out the beaters.

You people are breaking my heart. My DH has his stuff on the counter so my mixer got shifted to the garage. He just doesn't understand how much I love that machine, so being a good DW I don't cook as much as I used to since he likes his microwave so much.

You can make bread with it, or cookies. It will whip cream or meringue in two or three minutes.

Bread dough
Pizza dough
Cake batter
Cookie dough
I use it to homogenize homemade sausage before stuffing it in casings. You can get several attachments for it, Spiralizer, Sheeter, Grinder/sausage stuffer, pasta machine, etc.

Just don't try to do too much pizza dough at once, been there, done that and had to replace a gear.

Bake a cake. My favorite yellow cake is Alice Waters' 1-2-3-4 Cake, from The Art of Simple Food.

You can also use it to make fresh pasta.

SO surprised me with the food processor attachment with the works. Bread crumbs as fluffy as fresh snow I am anxious to try the dicer.
