Water for sure. Sparkling for me, husband and 1 kid. The other kid prefers still water. Depending on the meal time, coffee with breakfast, occasionally oj if the craving strikes but that's pretty rare.
We buy sparkling water by the case. Actually we buy beer and wine by the case, too.
Lunch and dinner are also water and then beer or wine when possible/appropriate.
My kids only drink water in their Klean Kanteen at school (middle school & elementary) and at home. Occasionally a soda when we're out. Never juice or milk.
Me too! Still water is so boring...
I buy mine at Aldi, and Costco. Plain or flavored.
Usually, nothing. None of us drinks anything with meals at home. Not for any particular reason, we just must not feel very thirsty.
Wow, I think I'd choke if I had to eat without drinking anything at all!
But then again, I usually ONLY drink with meals and in small sips: can't force myself to chug much of anything on it's own... and not drinking more water during the day is probably not too healthy, either. Though, I am also never thirsty, so hopefully that means mostly getting enough!
Normally just tap water. And if you’re out at a restaurant, buying beverages (especially alcohol) is a great way to crank up your bill fast. There’s a good reason wait staff usually ask if you want a cocktail beforehand or a beverage with the meal.
Exception: for breakfast at home, will have juice and coffee. Will have coffee at breakfast out if haven’t had any at home.
I struggle because I HATE water and know I need to drink more! I usually have coffee with breakfast, a diet soda with lunch, and it varies with dinner (anything from milk to hot tea).
I don't drink enough liquids to begin with but with meals I drink water...unless it is pizza then I like a couple of sips of a cola.
