Cold sandwiches, with lots of mayo and dill pickle slices. Occasionally use bacon and no pickles.
Yum!

Oh, I love the sandwiches! Turkey, stuffing, cranberries or hot open face turkey mashed gravy. Mmmm.

Just sitting down to rest a few minutes while I'm working on my contributions for tomorrow! So far I have cooked and mashed the squash, shredded the cheese, sauted the onions and made the breadcrumbs for the squash casserole, made pimento cheese and the cream cheese filling for the stuffed celery, and made radish roses for the relish tray. All I need to finish tonight is cutting up the celery to stuff and making the cranberry sauce. In the morning I'll cook the casserole, stuff the celery and put my relish tray together. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone and remember our troops and the many, many Americans who are in such financial need.

My favorite food day is the day after Thanksgiving..all the goodies, but none of the work.
My favorite sandwich is turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and mayo on Pepperidge Farm white bread.
