The tea was in a glass pot. The strainer, which had loose tea in it, was some sort of metal, but I don't remember it looking coppery. All of the other food was served in/on ceramic dishes.

I don't worry much about the lemons, etc. If unwashed lemons, etc. were going to kill us, we'd all be dead by now.

I've been to this restaurant many times in the past and never had any sort of a problem. You walk past the open kitchen to get to the restroom and it always appears to be clean and organized.

And yes, to Toosie, the meal was tasty!

Maybe copper was in that metal alloy too. (like the cans)
