I had two bacon sandwiches on white with mayo. And cauliflower with "goaty" Asiago cheese.
I have to give my room mate a hard time about that, since to ME, it doesn't taste strange at all. Just tastes like cheese. But she got it once to make an "authentic" lasagna. Of course, I don't taste much of anything.
Don't know what it's called... kind of huge tacos...?
I toasted soft flour tortillas in a pan with butter - like a quesadilla - then added grated cheese and a big spoonful ol' of beefy chili, and just folded it over in half.
Served with lots of green salad... went down well with the kiddos!
Tonight we are having homemade shrimp stir fry and hubby is the cook! He's putting broccoli florets,carrots and alittle onion in with the shrimp and we will have white rice too.
I have some kind of BAD stomach bug. My 11 yr old daughter made grilled cheese sandwiches, opened a can of peaches and had some pickels. She set the table and fed her 2 yr old sister. I was so proud of her. I am starting to feel better now, but it is good to know I have such a good kid to help me. I think I may suprise her an pick her up from school about 1 hr early and take her to see Alice in Wonderland at the IMAX 3 D Friday.
