Since we could get out today (yeah! it was right around 40), I decided that it was time for some good "junk". Wendy's -- singles with cheese, onion, lettuce and ketchup --, fries and a Coke. I forgot about the special frosty deals! Oh well, I'll do that next time.

I have a brisket marinating in the fridge. I'll cook it in foil for about 4 hours and have mashed potatoes with it. The marinade has brown sugar, soy sauce, wine vinegar, beef broth, mustard, garlic and onions in it.

Gentlearts, yum!

Made 6 quarts of spaghetti gravy on Sunday - some of that was Sunday and Monday's dinners.

We're having breakfast for dinner tonight - fried eggs and buttered bagels. Think I'll make something incongruous, like broccoli or cole slaw, on the side.
