Pizza night again and I had the brilliant idea to make individual pizzas. Yay! I can have all the veggies and olives I want while the boys have a meat fest. Whole wheat crust is in the bread maker rising. I made some ranch dressing with fresh herbs from the garden for a salad. Dessert will be chocolate cake leftover from last night.

Darn! Where do you get asparagus for that price? It is about $1.50 a lb. this week and normally almost $2.

Well, I was over at mom's for Easter dinner and we had Honey-Baked ham, scalloped potatoes (with cream of mushroom as an ingredient), green peas, snowflake rolls, and lemon pie.

(NOTE: My weekly dinner agendas will have to be put on hiatus for the next three weeks. Doctors' orders and strict diet in preparation for upcoming treatment. 'Nuff said. They'll return when I can get back to a normal diet. Thanks for your patience and understanding.)

Everything from stuffed grape leaves to BBQ chicken sandwiches. Ya know that CoastalMaine can entertain. I know I was stuffed when we left to come home.

Dinner was seashell pasta, sauce, herbs, and cheese. I'm working on dessert now. More of that sundae cake from last week.
