I did get the McRib and fries. Guess next time I'll take my own BBQ slaw in to touch it up.

I used up the last of the fried chicken leftovers by frying it with onions and then adding it to a spinach salad with mandarin oranges, croutons, freshly grated parmesan, and dressing.

Last night turned out to be leftover split pea soup from the freezer.

Tonight I am having sautéed chicken breast in coconut oil and...yup...green beans.

Hubby is having Hebrew National dogs and beans.

I stumbled into some shredded BBQ pork at Publix and a back of shredded cabbage for slaw to top off some easy do sandwiches. Fresh asparagus on the side.

I cheated--went to a fairly new local Mexican restaurant that we now go to every Saturday. It is so good and believe me it isn't easy finding good Mexican food in our area! Besides we moved here from CA so we are pretty spoiled with Mexican food but this restaurant is as good if not better then CA!! I had taquitos (freshly made) with all the goodies that come with it. All of their food is freshly made not frozen--not even the meat! My DH had 2 huge soft chicken tacos and they are huge and juicy--amazing. That was our early dinner. Now we're just waiting for this supposed big storm heading our way--yikes!!
