We got caught in a horrific thunderstorm in town so we had to use a drive-up for burgers. I didn't get my pizza I have a hankering for.

Barbequed kangaroo fillets that I had marinaded in red wine, balsamic, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and juniper berries. Seared on a very hot barbeque grill, served medium rare with roasted yams. And a green salad on the side. It was delicious.

Hope you get your pizza fix soon! I'm cooking one for my son right now, maybe he'll share?

I was taken out for lunch today so no dinner for me tonight, tho I have my eye on a pack of salt and vinegar crisps that look pretty tempting.....
