I am making a Roasted Chicken dinner with mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans and corn(for my hubby) and cranberry sauce.

Wow that's 3 meals this week that my hubby ate the same thing as me

We seem to be on a sloppy joe kick around here!

It will be joes and fries again tonight-but I'm not complaining

The last onion and potatoes in their bins, and a few elderly vegetables in the fridge that need to be used. It will be clean out the pantry soup tonight. I've got a 1lb bag of dry large limas so we'll see what turns out

Sloppy joe goes great on mashed potatoes some shredded cheddar on top and cottage cheese and green beans on the side... YUM.

Amy's Organic Cheese pizza...cooked and then topped with ground flax-seed, chopped green/black olives, red pepper, red onion, and spinach. Pretty darn tasty!!
