You may remember, I'm Nutrisystem-ing right now and so it's just not worth sharing the stuff I'm eating...losing a bit of tonnage though. But tonight I tried a new frozen vegetable and it was fabulous. Birdseye Southwest Blend has corn, poblano peppers, black beans, onions...yum. It would even be super wrapped in a tortilla with some avocado and sour cream.
