A delicious fish sandwich.

My DH had breaded and fried chicken cutlets with corn...his favorite.

I had sautéed chicken breast cut up with Picante sauce and green beans.....I have a bunch of canned green beans to eat so that will be my vegetable for weeks.

I almost made chicken and dumplings, but that will wait until tomorrow. We had all the leftovers, baked beans, green beans, meatballs, sweat potatoe casserole, strawberries and pound cake. I am getting so tired of spending a ton of money at the store each week just to throw a bunch of stuff out. We are going to have to get used to eating up stuff before I make more. It's hard for us because 4 nights a week it's just me and the girls, hubby works night.

Italian wedding soup.

I'm going to try something different tomorrow, mix mashed potatoes with bread crumbs, form them into balls, and fry them in oil.

Thar sounds sort of like Italian Gnocchi.
