Got my wish for the pan fried haddock with rice and tomato gravy but no mustard greens to be had. Slaw was a great substitute.

Went to local pub for roast beef, yorkshire pud and roast potatoes.... etc etc... yuuuummmy

Lemon cheesecake with cointreau ice cream for dessert... beyond yummy

Ground turkey burritos with homemade Spanish rice. I haven't made it from scratch* before, although I'm not sure why--it seems easy enough), so wish me luck!

* I am using canned tomatoes, so "from scratch" may not count.

We had broiled hamburgers since we were ready to grill & it poured down rain. Potato salad, slaw and peanut butter pie for dessert.
