I grilled steaks~ baked potato~ side salad 
Now to hunker down~ az has a statewide emergency, after all~ we had an inch of rain today to add to the 1/2 inch we have already had this month!

Mushroom/Swiss melt. Boca swiss cheeseburger topped with thick mushroom/brown gravy on a nice poppy seeded roll. Potato salad on the side. Sweet iced tea ~ Yowza!

Marinated chicken thighs with mashed potatoes, broccoli, some cranberry sauce, and iced tea to drink. For dessert, crumb cake and mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Sweet Ginger Chicken ....
Chicken Broth- 4 cups, Chicken Breast(boneless and cut up)- 4 , Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce - 1/2 cup, Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup, FRESH ginger - up to you...depends on how spicy you like it. Boil-uncovered until almost all the water has evaporated.
Serve over rice or whatever
