The cool thing about this pineapple fruit cup is that it is sold with a little plastic spoon that folds in half under the cap. I'm going to reuse them, put fruit cocktail in them. Bought some (canned) peaches, but I'd have to dice them first, and I'm not doing that.

Default The Agenda - January 24 - 30

This week's dinner selections (once I return to the apartment from surgery) will lean towards the light side for a while, with an array of soups. I plan to defrost some chicken and will try to get my barbecue sauce going again. There will be some boiled squash and possibly some carrots to go with it. Towards the end of the week, I'll build up my craving for some Tex-Mex, because I'm long overdue with it, so I'll try to take care of that.

Have a great week with what you fix, and bon appetit!

Slow-cooked pork shoulder in salsa verde. Then pulled apart. Some rolled it up in tortillas, others had it over rice. Or both. One of our favourite meals. And there's leftovers.
