Default The Agenda - February 14 - 20

This week's selections for dinner have only two definites so far. I'll need to defrost some stew beef to try to make stroganoff. I'll do that later in the week. I've also got some Nolan Ryan beef patties that I can make hamburger steaks with, and I'll include some brown gravy along with steamed mixed veggies. Some grilled chicken tacos are also being thought about right now, and I've got some refrieds I can throw in with them.

Have a wonderful week at your dinner table, and bon appetit!

Roast rib of beef, roast potatoes & parsnips, carrots, broccoli and brussels sprouts... o and yorkshire puds and gravy, horseradish sauce too.

Beef is roasting and smells fantastic. Must go and peel the spuds but can't tear myself away from the rugby!

This has got to be about the most satisfying and easy chicken dish I have come across in ages. Made it Friday night.

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
one cup sour cream
1/2 cup sherry - I use Harvey's Bristol creme
sm can of mushrooms - optional

mix ingredients and pour over breasts in 9 by 12 dish and bake 1 and 1/2 hours at 300.

It is "incredible"
