Tex-Mex: We can take any kind of Mexican food and make it bettah !

BBQ: Everything in Texas is bigger. We use dually trucks to haul around our Texas size pits on wheels that cook our larger than life steaks, piles of ribs, juicy briskets, and stuffed jalapeno poppers for our Texas size gatherings.

I'm in Florida so we have mish mash of different foods but I am lucky to live in Tampa Bay area where we have the best tomatos and strawberries on the planet thanks to Ruskin and Plant City. You haven't lived until you have tried a strawberry pizza at one of the local farmers markets. And I won't even go into how awesome the fresh strawberry milkshakes are.
