Char kway teow when I can get it. Technically Malaysian but served in many chinese restaurants. I also love wintermelon soup, mushroom congee, and yu choy with garlic. Oh, and crab rangoons with soy sauce to dip. I love those things.

Any chicken dish with garlic sauce that is a bit acidic is amazing! I prefer the chicken and eggplant in garlic sauce the best.

DIM SUM is my favorite chinese dish. Dim sum is usually small brunch items like dumplings, vegetables, and meats.

I love Chinese food and I always ask them to make it spicy.

General Tso's Chicken
Orange beef
Szechuan Chicken
Hunan chicken

And if I want mild.
Beef and Broccoli
Chicken and Cashews
Pork Lo Mien

and of course

Pork fried rice
Wonton Soup
Egg rolls

And don't forget the chopsticks. It was a father daughter thing when I was growing up.

Amen to that! There's a place a few blocks from me that does some good crab rangoon; I go there for takeout a couple of times per month to get my fix.

Ma po tofu. My local Chinese take-out makes it with firm tofu, pork, Sichuan peppers, green onion, and black bean sauce. Spicy and delicious!

I love anything with Tofu, as long as it's not too greasy and it isn't fried.

Chicken and Broccoli is also great. I ate it a lot when I was pregnant with my kids, except I ordered it steamed so I didn't get an upset tummy with all the sauce!
