I made a double batch of Hershey's original recipe fudge. Added roasted walnuts to about half of it. Have an electronic thermometer now and can hit 234 degrees with accuracy. Came out perfect!

I went to my neighborhood bakery and got a malted milk cupcake and a slice of German chocolate pie. Scrumptious!

I just put these little cuties together. Of course, I had to eat two:

Aren't these cute? Really fun to take to the office during the holidays, or to give as little gifts to neighborhood kids (that's what I'm doing), or to make with kids or grandkids on Christmas eve. They are so easy! And...no mess! NO COOKING!

Slice of Claim Jumper chocolate silk pie. They were still on sale at a local supermarket for $4.99, which is half price.

Simple plain ol' tortilla chips, with my EZ black bean dip. Can of drained black beans, a glop of medium salsa, a clove of garlic - process until smooth.
