I made a double batch of Hershey's original recipe fudge. Added roasted walnuts to about half of it. Have an electronic thermometer now and can hit 234 degrees with accuracy. Came out perfect!

Simple plain ol' tortilla chips, with my EZ black bean dip. Can of drained black beans, a glop of medium salsa, a clove of garlic - process until smooth.
