You are very welcome. They are just great aren't they ? I've been eating them several years now, every day I eat one, sometimes two. They are the best I've found (chewy trail mix)is my favorite . If anyone likes almonds... then you'll love them.
The best thing about them is they don't raise my blood sugar very much, Just enough when mine is low.
I wish more came in a box (6 to a box) even still .50 cents a bar is pretty darn good now a days especially. Just have to watch 4 a sale to stock up, or sometimes they have coupons stuck to the box.
Can't imagine what I had today for a snack.Oh yea... A Kashi bar.
About to have a large Domino's pepperoni pizza (the carry out special of the week) for a snack tonight, after having a pretty good sized dinner.
