I can take any veggie pizza. Then I substitute Italian sausage for the olives, and it is perfect. I can't stand all meat pizzas with all the grease dripping off it.
Goat's cheese and sun dried tomatoes or Taleggio and Parma Ham. I also love wild mushrooms with garlic butter or real buffalo mozzarella and basll with a bit of extra virgin olive oil. Also a poached with asparagus.

old but fun post. I like almost everything depending on the combination. The one thing not listed was onions. A pizza isn't complete without some onions, maybe not a lot but some. i don't care for things like bar b cue sause or anything like that. I want my pizza to be Italian not necessary southern or even healthy.
I like my pizza with the brushed on olive oil, Canadian bacon, black olives [only, not into the green ones on my pizza], some onion (slivered vice tiny diced), pineapple, some tomato sauce but not a whole lot and not very spicy, mushrooms - white button (not all kinds ), green and/or red and yellow bell peppers and cheese. Usually that's enough for me and sometimes just stick to 2 toppings (price wise) - generally the canadian bacon and pineapple.
I like alot of the items mentioned except for the fact that a couple were combined and I'm not good for doing 'spicy', not that I hate it but it doesn't really like me much, especially too late in the evening.
Didn't feel comfortable choosing all kinds of mushrooms either.
Like some cheese/s, but not loaded down. Most likely for the same reasons as I can't do spicy.
I'm still scratching my head on that peanut butter and jelly toppings
This thread is now at 150 posts which was my minimum requirement. LOL. I am looking forward to a new pizzeria that will be opening just a mile away soon, too. Have been eating more veggie pizzas lately that have been pretty good.
