I've adapted a recipe I found on the internet for roasted turkey legs, and it's delicious! Thanks for reminding me of this idea. It mixes real maple syrup, dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper into a glaze. I roast them on a bed of sliced onions and turn & baste every 30 minutes until done. I know what I want to make this weekend now!

We're still into this stuff . Tonight we are baking chicken "leg quarters".....sprinkled with garlic powder and white and black pepper.....served with BBQ sauce, Macaroni & Cheese (Bob Evans) and Del Monte corn. So cool that we have all your recipes to look forward to!
