I don't know if there is one or not, I'm going to check.
No coincidence on the Iron Chef. There was a restaurant in Florida that used to make a pasta with it and I was hooked. I haven't had it in so long, and watching Iron Chef has me tapping the veins for it. 
Walmart used to carry it years ago in the frozen seafood section, much like the frozen pack of crawfish tails. |
