I'm making this for a dinner party tonight minus the mushrooms and pairing with a great white wine. What vegetable should I serve? I was thinking green beens?

I always like to serve zucchini with my pastas. Oven roast it with a little olive oil and garlic and/or parmesan. Yum.

I'm partial this time of year to oven roasted asparagus-just toss w/olive oil, lemon pepper and 350 for 20 min.
