The Panera bagels are pretty good on whole BUT all the "non-traditional" flavors are just so calorie laden.

I like Montreal bagels, however, I prefer the business in the Byward Market in Ottawa better than the ones in Montreal.

Having said that, the best bagels are in New York.

Don't serve me a frozen bagel. They are completely tasteless.

Nothing beats a fresh, hot bagel - but I did buy some frozen Ray's bagels and they were pretty good.

GASP! You broke this Montreal girl's heart. TWICE!

I used to feel the same way... until I met Ray's New York Bagels. On the box, it says to put them in the oven for a few minutes. Do that and you'll change your mind about frozen. They're actually -- dare I say it? -- great. Even if you just let them defrost on the counter or pop 'em in the microwave, they're good.

Never. Ever.

Everything bagel, with salmon, cream cheese, thinly sliced onion. Or thinly sliced ham, Swiss cheese, and tomato.

From Bagel boss I like the egg bagel with cream cheese or the onion board with cream cheese. It tasted like a Miami onion roll except it's bigger and flat like a flat bagel. In a pinch I also like lender's onion bagels. I like poppy seed bagels too. Hubby like egg bagels with cream cheese and lox pieces or a salted bagel with butter.

I'll vote for this and Laughing Cow cinnamon cream cheese on top. Cranberry orange, cinnamon, blueberry, ...

Onion - no thanks fish on top - ewwww. Pass.
