Ah the age old barbaque question? Well pork is the original bbq protein. So Im going to say The Carolinas. Southern when I want vinegar or yellow sauce based. Northern when I want whole hog tomato based.
Of the barbeque that I've eaten,I think North Carolina has the best. I love the vinegar based sauce.
Best sauce?? Everyone uses a variety of sauces ..store bought , homemade. I believe most in Texas are Vinegar based. My homemade is.. I've only eaten Texas BBQ and can't imagine better.
