I was just thinking: we all have our favorite condiments which we discuss here often and we prefer certain foods more than others. Try and think of 5 food or food products you especially like that you only find at certain markets or ones you prefer from certain markets. Here are 5 I thought of:
1-best pot stickers: Sam's
2-best Asian sauce: Thai Green Curry: Aldi's
3-best processed fried: Great value seasoned fries
I buy a few items from Walmart that for the price and for my husband it is the best
He really likes:
1. Their frozen cheese ravioli(I like these better for making ravioli parmesan…they cook very fast and are soft as opposed to Celentano which takes too long and they are hard)
2. Their frozen Italian meatballs(hey he likes them and they are cheaper than me making my own….I'm not complaining, lol)
3. The fresh whole wheat Bolillo Rolls(for meatball subs)
4. I love Great Value's White Corn & Black Bean Salsa
and I like Treasure Cove's "light" Feta and Blue Cheese for salads….sadly it is hard to find in the "light"
-Marmite---online ...but I heard it is at World Market on the other side of town where
I never go...I will try this one British Store this week.
-A walnut, raspberry? Salad dressing in refrig section - Trader Joes
-Guatemalan Org Fair Trade dark coffee beans -Trader Joes
-and I pick up a few Salsa Authentica's while there...$1.79?
-A brick of feta cheese - Costco
-$10, 3 pounder, froz org blueberries -Costco
-Key West frozen shrimp - King Soopers...a Kroger Co.
Walmart stopped selling my favorite Indian food in pouches... along with any
Melba toast and Garlic rounds.

Pecan blue cheese spread, eh?
I will like this thread.
If you check the World Market for the marmite, check for the Indian food pouches as well.

Fresh Baby Bok Choy from Trader Joes. Also will never buy Nuts, Seeds, or Oils from anywhere but Trader Joes because it is so cheap.

but what would you do if you didn't have Trader Joes. We have to suffer through and ask friends to bring us stuff when they are coming to visit. Everyone seems to have Tjs except us.
I love bok Choy, we get the baby bok choy at our local Asian. Yep, it is awesome.
OMG! Nita! I had forgotten about that Trader Joe's blue cheese pecan dip...I gotta get over to TJ's SOON!!
can't rep you again: I can say, it is so good I could eat just with a spoon.
